Comprehensive services for modern enterprise security.

  • Alerting

Alerting services facilitate the delivery of reports, documents, and dashboards based on pre-set threshold settings. Any user with the appropriate privileges can quickly set up delivery subscriptions that are executed only when a certain condition, or threshold, is met. These threshold conditions are defined either by using fixed value comparisons or by comparing one metric to another. Once configured, an alert subscription scans the data and sends proactive notifications to subscribers if threshold conditions are met.

  • Security

Usher provides security services through credentials that are linked to a user’s mobile device and one or more factors like location, time, password, or fingerprint. Usher also supports identity management through the use of role-based badges. Furthermore, the platform provides support for encryption of data at rest and in transit, encryption key management, and transaction logging that is tied to an individual user’s identity.

  • Physical Access

Usher lets users seamlessly access physical entryways using their smartphones, delivering critical security that’s convenient for everyone. Usher is designed to communicate and connect with a variety of physical access control systems (PACS) and comes with several out-of-the-box integrations, including Lenel OnGuard and Tyco C-Cure. Once configured, Usher allows users to unlock PACS-protected entryways by touching a digital key, scanning a QR code, tapping an NFC tag, or via proximity with a BLE beacon or Bluetooth badge reader.

  • Telemetry

Usher can collect and store a wide range of telemetry data on: access, authentication, authorization type, time, and location. This information is crucial to monitoring and improving enterprise security and can be used by management to better understand resource utilization, identify ways to reduce waste, and improve business processes.

  • Logical Access

Usher provides secure access to logical enterprise assets like web applications, VPNs, and workstations. Interactive authentication options include push notifications, QR code scans, one-time passcodes, biometrics, and zero-click, proximity-based authentication via Bluetooth beacons and readers.

  • Localization

The Usher platform is available in any global market and can be easily configured to meet local language needs. The Usher Professional reporting suite enables organizations to quickly deploy localized applications by supporting the internationalization of three key areas: metadata, data, and systems interface.
